Whether I’m drawing, carving, or printing onto fabric, I try to carry that sense of natural rhythm and stillness into everything I make.

Originally from Cornwall, Kate studied at Falmouth Art College before relocating to Tuscany, Italy, where she has lived for over 25 years. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Tuscan landscape, she draws constant inspiration from her environment, allowing nature to guide both her subject matter and materials.
Crafted by Hand and soul
Each of her pieces is crafted by hand, reflecting a commitment to slow, intentional processes. While she continues to work primarily by hand, she is also exploring digital printing as a way to expand her textile designs. Sensitive and quietly dedicated, Kate pours her heart and soul into everything she creates. For her, creativity isn’t just a practice it’s a way of life and a source of joy
